Audrey loves a party. Her creative mind allows clients to sit back and enjoy the ride. As the token planner of all her family functions, she also planned her previous company's annual picnic (where she worked for 11 years) for 450 guests. After realizing her knack for planning, Audrey returned to college for a degree in meetings and event planning. Soon after, MH Weddings invited her to join the team. In addition to event planning, Audrey digs music, and has been a band manager, booking agent, and festival promoter to several local bands. She hopes to merge her love for working with musicians with future events. "My favorite part of the event planning process is the actual party – usually about half way through when everything is running smoothly and the guests are having a great time," says Audrey.

Potter's attention to detail was valuable during a recent wedding when the guest book and other necessary items were left at the hotel. The planner swiftly tracked down the items, and brought them to the event, avoiding unnecessary stress by spending ten minutes to personally solve the problem. "We have the ability to take ideas and put all of the details in motion so that the ideas become reality. I love making it all happen," says Potter.
